It's really helpful to manage my health issues.

No noticeable change

Before my daughter's wedding in July 2012, My doctor had insisted that I start an insulin regimen as I had reached 10.2 for my A1c. I was horrified and did not want to start "poking" myself twice a day and probably never get off of it. A very good family friend is a Youngevity sales consultant and suggested I try the Healthy Blood Sugar Pack. He set me up as a distributor so I could get the pack for about $160.00 incl tax/shipping. I started with a double dosage the first month (the consultants can suggest what you need for your weight, etc.), and in two months my A1c was down to 5.6 (this was with my existing medications). I went to my scheduled class in which they were to teach me how to inject myself and when they saw my blood sugar results said I could "hold-off" with the insulin. Now I must tell you that the Healthy Blood Sugar Pack was only the nucleus of my success. I also totally stayed away from sugar (Splenda does it for me), went as gluten-free as I could, and just started eating more sensibly. I am a 61 year old male, 6 feet tall, was 245+pounds in July, and have gone down to 199-202 pounds most mornings at weigh-in. I am doing no exercising as I am five years past a quadruple bypass, had a stent and angioplasty a little over a year ago, and am testing at this time for an aortic valve replacement for stenosis. I hope to get into walking after my surgery if I am healthy enough to do so. I am a former runner/cyclist and love to these things but my heart ailments have prohibited me from doing so for the past seven years or so. I am convinced that the Youngevity products have been part of the key to my road back to a healthy weight and in getting me to a point to where I feel much better about having my impending surgery done. I believe that the health benefits of the Youngevity products are wonderful and the cost, though I balked at it at first, helps to keep me serious about doing the other things necessary to have made the improvements I have made. I do not sell Youngevity even though I have become a distributor so as to reap the price benefits. Neither the company nor my friend does any "pushing" for me to sell or buy additional items that I do not want. I am very skeptical of multi-level-marketing schemes, but as you can see, you can buy the products at "good ole" Amazon as easily as you can on the Youngevity site. You just pay more that way. I totally urge any of my Type 2 friends to try this and add to it some better eating and exercise habits and you can lessen the effects of diabetes and improve your health.

Tangy Tangerine raised my blood pressure until my head hurt. Several days after starting this I realized what was causing the pressure rise so I discontinued it and blood pressure went to normal. I threw it out. There has been no positive effect from any of the products. I purchased this because of the endorsement Alex Jones gave it on his program when he said that his son loves the SweetEze. When I received the product I thought there is no way that anyone would love a green-herb filled capsule. Besides, it was not effective. I wrote to the seller about this product but have had no response so I suspect I am not the first to have such a negative experience.

I like the taste of these. Pretty good.

I don't like the taste so put orange juice in it,but it has cured me of sever neck pain and I feel so much better,me and my husband drink this every night.
