This was a useful toolset for laying a vinyl wrap work top, especially removing bubbles. Would recommend them before you start a job like this.

I am a little disappointed with this set as there are no instructions, and before anyone says the items are self-explanatory, it is mainly the cutter that could do with a little explaining in relation to the blade as it seems to have a lever that either engages it or disengages it and I would like to know if it can be replaced. I have never done any vinyl wrapping before so am a complete novice, so a pamphlet explaining the tools would have been helpful. I also think there are obvious things missing like a small utility knife for small corner cuts with spare blades. The items you get seem OK, 2 squeegees’ both with felt pads stuck on the edges, although they have not been cut to size properly and overhang on the edges which is a little annoying as this will start to curl and gather dust where the adhesive is exposed. You also get a spare felt adhesive patch that I suppose is to replace the others if they get worn. Overall, I think there are better value sets out there with more tools that are needed to complete vinyl projects. 1 Star; Very unsatisfactory product. Some basic usage instructions are needed with this set. I initially thought that the cutter was useless and blunt, but it turned out that you need to move the blade into position, so it really needs to be told how to do that. Also, I don't know if the blade is replaceable when it does go blunt and what blade I need to replace it with, if it is replaceable. I'm not sure if it is a regular razor blade as I can't figure out how to get it out and I don't want to break it as this was the main thing I wanted from this set for wrapping my wardrobe doors. The knife is very sharp once fully engaged and it makes short work of cutting the plastic and does it a lot straighter than a pair of scissors can. The smoother thing help to remove the bubbles when applying the wrap, particularly important when wrapping large doors. I have no clue as to what the stick looking thing is for, again, usage instruction would be very useful. Even the Amazon page only says that it is suitable for various scenario needs, what ever that's supposed to mean! The set is useful for wrapping doors, particularly for getting a nice, straight edge when the wrap needs to be cut to size, but I'm not sure how long it will last.
