Its an extremely versatile product with almost all functionality of a new aged robotic vaccum cleaner. The cleaning is really good: Draw backs: 1. Easily get stuck with small items on floor like kids miniature toys 2. Edge cleaning is kind of confusing and overall cleaning procedure. Sometimes it does half a room, go to next room and then come back. Otherwise a versatile product. Purchase prices are around AED1600-1700 after discounts, keep it in mind.

Do not buy. Xiaomi vacuum robots are well know for design flaws. It will stop working after few months and your problems will start. Yes it's cheap but there is a reason for it: water pumps will stop working, software is weak. Check on the internet. A nice product. No complaints. Does the job as described. Much smarter than my old version. Doesn't bump into walls. Vacuum is very nice. Mop is decent. Don't expect mopping like hand. Very good for daily use.

Works well and cleaning better

It vacuums and washes properly. However, it frequently loses its settings, requiring a reset... Xiaomi hasn't responded to this issue. Customer service is nonexistent.

Unfortunately this robot has a few fundamental issues. 1 - it clogs up. Dust clogs ahead of the collection point, and the vacuum chokes itself over the course of a few cleans. 2 - it makes a new map each clean (normal) but gets its alignment slightly different each time, so it misses sections of the house, can't find its way home, etc. 3 - it's route mapping is bad, so it will go in the opposite direction sometimes instead of taking the direct route. I had higher hopes for this cleaner, after my previous Dreame and Roborock vacuums (made by similar owners). But the hardware issue, and the programming difference mean the robot is hobbled. Would return if it wasn't beyond the return window (I was on holiday and the window had closed by the time we returned). And the mopping function is completely broken. The base floods if a mop is attempting, with the mop dripping water as it moves around.

Best of the best that you can get. Most Value for money.

Prodyct works fine... Until it breaks... My robot had issues after 6 months and when I brought it to maintenance I was informed that there are no parts to proceed with the fixing. I contacted Xiaomi and they informed me that they can only provide parts to products purchased on their store, even I made it clear that I was willing to pay for the parts I needed. I am very disappointed because they product is great, they just need to get their customer service improved.

I used the Xiaomi X20 Max for just one day and I’m already impressed. The suction is strong, it mops and dries floors perfectly, and the navigation is super smart. Setup was quick, and the app is easy to use. The self-cleaning and drying features really stand out. Great first impression—feels like a premium device!

Avoid this product. I bought two Xiaomi X20 Max units, and both of them failed after just 7–8 months. The issue in both cases was the same: the water pump wore out and stopped working properly. This is not a one-off defect, it shows a serious reliability problem. For a product in this price range, this level of durability is unacceptable. You expect something that lasts, not something that breaks within months. There are far better options on the market that are more reliable and better built. Overall, this was a complete waste of money. I strongly recommend avoiding the X20 Max.
