Sadly no photo of these as I left them with my family abroad but I absolutely love them!Firstly: they weigh next to nothing - they are designed to provide resistance in the water - so you can bring them in your suitcase if travelling, without being worried about extra weight. However, they are bulky and dont "fold down" so you need to allow space in the case/ beach bags.For best results, you need to do the exercises with these underwater, in order to get proper water resistance. With this in mind, you need to be able to stand in water that comes up to about your shoulders when standing with your feet shoulder-width apart.I used these every day for about 20 minutes in the sea whilst staying with my family who live abroad and it was a super workout. There are a range of exercises you can do with them to help tone your arms/shoulders/chest. I'm slim built and don't regularly work out. I found I could only do a few moves before really feeling it in my muscles but I used them every day and quickly got stronger. I liked the next day feeling of having had a workout without the "I'm dying and cant use my arms anymore" sensation!I also used them as simple floats whilst I kicked my legs underwater to up my "step count" for the day and tone my legs and get my pulse rate up.The material is durable: I used mine every day for 3 weeks without any change to the product/damage. I would recommend these for a fitness instructor looking to improve the quality of their aqua-gym lessons/raise levels of customer engagement and enjoyment, or to any individual who wants to get more out of their summer/holiday without having to hit the gym. I'd also recommend to people who are older, or who are recovering from injury and want something low impact that gives results, again, without having to hit a gym!

Light weight, easy to assemble and good quality. An effective way to tone up your upper arms.

I was shocked when these arrived as there is no actual weight to them at all but these water dumbbells come with a leaflet showing the exercises to do with them in the pool and it seems it is more about the natural resistance of the water than the actual weight of the dumb bell itself.Self assembly is required but quite straight forward. The materials appear to be of good quality and they are a lovely colour.Looking forward to trying them out in my next pool session.

These are so easy to assemble, great colours and very sturdy. Have used them in the pool a few times now and they are great for exercise and I can already feel definition building in my upper arms.

These work great for working out in the water! You do get stronger but it’s not as hard as doing it with regular weights, outside the water. They’re easy to hold but take a little getting used to moving them under water. I’d advise waiting til the foam has fully soaked before starting your workout

Well made. Took them on holiday. I then assembled. Not much weight. Better than the ones we usexst water aerobics class.

Perfect for Aqua aerobics. Slightly heavier than expected.

I use these for water aerobics and they work very well. The resistance is good and I can really feel it when I do water aerobics. They are made well, easy to add assemble, and very affordable. I see several folks using this same brand at my classes.

Lots of exercises can be done with these in our pool!
