I love that these are eco-conscious and organic but the taste is very bitter which is not my preference.

Taste is like I remember from Japan.

Excellent buy, and a good price too (especially for organic). It is mild, and the taste is nice. I put lemon, ginger, and cayenne in mine for a kick start in the morning.

Very good TEA fresh with a lot of flavor.

I like Sencha tea and thought I'd take a chance on this brand. It doesn't have the net fabric bags. It has standard round paper bags, no strings. To make a 4 C teapot's worth, I put in 5 bags and let them steep at least 5-7 minutes. I like the green tea taste and the fact that the ziploc closure is tight for storage. Probably won't repurchase but its okay in the meantime. If there was a Good, Better, Best, rating: I'd go with 'Better' on this brand.
