The creatine I used before this was flavored and had a bunch of other "beneficial" ingredients that I don't think were absorbed by my body. This one is streamlined and delivers the product to your body well. Since it is flavorless, I can add it to my morning coffee. The flavored kind has to be taken in water or juice. I tended to forget to take it, but morning coffee was going to be had no matter what. That made it easy for me to remember to take.

Works better than I thought it would.
I’ve noticed a huge difference in my recovery time and overall growth. I love that you can’t taste it (barely any taste but slight, barely noticeable.) My stomach took some getting used to it but that’s all creatine. It’s fine now and I take 10mg a day. Would recommend.

Did the formulation change?
I haven't had an issue with this product. Seems to be a good value and I have ordered it a number of times, but the last time the plastic for the container was much thinner a the product had a different consistency. Usually it is real fine like corn starch but this time its more crystalline with consistency more like fine sugar. Had me a bit concerned that I might have gotten a counterfeit.

Been using this brand of creatine for about 4.5 months and It is the brand to go for it never causes any stomach pain unless you are not drinking enough water i have fast muscle recovery after a lift and it definitely improved my muscle performance in the gym👍
