Extremely easy to use. I have used this in major cities like chennai, Bangalore and Pune. It softens the water immediately. You can feel the difference in the water and on your skin and hair. Bought after seeing their lab results and i am impressed.

The product does a great job of countering the effects of hard water. It has helped reduce hair fall and made my skin feel soft. My only suggestion is to lower the cost, since it’s a daily-use product. Other than that, no complaints!

purchased it after seeing the reviews for so called " hard water". absolute failure . Noida has horrible ground water, worse than Chennai. the water taste, appearance and texture remains the same even after addition of the sachet. No change in the lather content of the soap after adding the same, which otherwise would be an indicator to the improved quality.

The product is good. However, they should provide it in jar instead of pouches and also provide the measurement spon etc. which will help us to use it according to the quantity of water we are using. Also when I add this to filterd water water becomes sticky.

This is genuinely the real one. After using this product for few days now, I can see the drastic change on water and good change on the hair.And a little message to the manufacturers- Keep up the good work! And please create some kind of subscription model if possible, with reduced price or increasing the number of packets in one box. This is basically a necessity at this point for living in cities with hard water areas, sadly.

I’ve used 3 packets of them now. It works amazing for my hair. Leaves it smooth and helps in making the conditioner stay in my hair.The powder form is brilliant and there is enough product in each sachet. Perfect for a 20L bucket.
