Started getting leg cramps around 55. Get worse with age. If i dont hydrate properly (out of my comfort zone as an old man), i get really bad leg cramps at night. Like almost scream out loud painful. This stuff is Amazing. Works crazy fast. Pickle juice doesn’t work for me. And i thought it would be unpleasant to drink - and it’s not.

I used these while running a half marathon Spartan race in Utah that climbed over 4,000 ft elevation. The hotshots did significantly help with the muscle cramps in my quads as I climbed. However, it did make my urine fairly discolored later which was a little disconcerting

It's works great but it's pretty expensive! I guess you get what you pay for?

This stuff is amazing! It really works. Not gonna lie it tastes like crap. And it’s a pain to open, but I’ve never had anything that worked like this. Once in a while I’ll get leg cramps at night after a really hard day or even while driving home. This stuff knocks it right out in minutes! Kind of spendy, but once you try it you’ll be glad you bought it.
