Like all these kind of light therapy devices, results (if any) will take a while to show up, so for now I'll just say that it is easy to put together and easy to operate, and the spread/coverage of the LEDs is even around your head/the device (you use the device on other body parts as long as you can fit the limb underneath). The fact that the main section/body of the unit is flexible makes it super easy to store when not in use, which makes it soooo much more convenient than the ones that cannot be deconstructed/folded and take up loads of room

Love the silicone material making it completely flexible to use for any part of the body, easy set up and loads of space.

I got this to use in conjunction with another IR led lamp, so I could do my face at the same time as other areas.It arrived well packaged and seems sturdy. The LEDs are covered with flexible clear plastic which means you can clean the unit without fear of damaging them. It’s all housed in a fairly heavy silicone holder which you put into plastic stands and bend over your face.I have only used the red setting so far but there are also other colours which it says work in different parts of the skin.

I use it with auto settings to go through all the light therapy and after using it couple of times, I feel it is good. I wasn't expecting much now I know why people use it.
