Can't really say much... The material felt flimsy and didn't come with any usable plug for the UK sockets. So was unable to use for any pain relief or help with sleep. Size was good but considering what they're charging they could at least make it so it works in a UK socket.

First of al let me tell you how to set this up as from other reviews seems confusion , take the mat and attach the press stud part to the mat , then you have 15 M of wire ,plenty of room to connect this to a socket.Take the plug and put the round end into either side of the back of the plug, just pushes in easily.Then plug into a socket, you will see the only part of the plug that works is the earth, the rest is plastic so you cannot get a shock, merely earthing the mat.So that should help with some of the confusion !Now the mat itself , I used it as soon as came in my bed, at first was slight tingly sensation on my feet but hardly noticeable and certainly not uncomfortable, but after a while I got used to it and it stopped.I have pain in my legs and inflammation so was hoping to see some difference and after 4 days using I really have, I also am a bad sleeper and I have slept better for sure on this am waking up feeling good for once and less wakes in the night .If anyone is sceptical and admit I was but got one as was recommended by a friend then try it , it really really works simple as it is and is comfortable in bed or you can use it as a mat long as got bare feet if you prefer to in bed.Really happy with this so glad went and got one!

Good size, it fits the width of a king sized bed. UK plug, very long cable. Sturdy material. Early days to day if I'm feeling any benefits but I'm hopeful.*** Edit, I've been using this for 2 months now, started off with it at the end of the bed and now it's under my desk at home so I sit most of the day with bare feet. Has it helped? Do I feel better? Do I sleep better? Mmmm weighing it all up I'd say no I don't. Maybe it's just me though, I did a lot of research on grounding and I do believe in the benefits but maybe it doesn't work for me but might for you.

I was open minded but with a healthy dose of scepticism as I researched the science and general information behind this. I felt drawn to try it out. On first use, I felt a pleasant tingling in my feet - a common reaction. This has continued - after 2 weeks of pretty much daily use (15-30 mins at a time). Biggest change/improvement has been my sleep quality - which was an issue for me. And I do just generally feel better when i use it. I deliberately stopped using it for 3 days just to see if it was just a placebo but by end of first day of not using I could feel a change. I felt better using it again after the 3 days. Funnily enough, I was telling a sceptical cousin about it and he saw a news health item on ITV recommending earthing/grounding for a range of uses. I even went so far to buy a tester to make sure this item was legit. It passed with flying colours. Highly recommended! Check out some YouTube videos if still unsure.
