Q: What's under the bag? i ask because in the pictures on top of product page, the top of the back of the bag says: please don't look under the bag

Q: What is the shelf life? In other words, how long does it stay good after opening?

I have some in a kitchen storage container and it has been there nearly 6mth and is still fresh. However, I would say that is due to the container I placed it into. If yours is air tight and kept in the cabinet it could last this long as well.

Q: Is this dry enough for me to make coconut butter in my cuisinart?
