Melody 61 MK4 61-Key Piano Keyboard

I bought this for my 14 year old daughter who loves piano. She is self taught and this keyboard has been her favorite gift this year. It was easy to set up and sounds great. It fits on her table easily and was a great value!

My son plays this an average of 10 hours per week. His "friend" smacked a key and broke it, but it was easy to fix. I just took the screws out and pulled it apart to reveal the keys. They're segmented. I removed the broken section, superglued the key and superglued a piece of parchment paper to cover the whole split. Hasn't had any issues for about two months and if anything, that key section feels more luxurious if you know what I mean.

It's a good keyboard if you don't know if you will commit to playing. I bought this to experiment with. Hopefully I will upgrade in the future. It functionally works, but it's not luxury. The press of the keys isn't great. But it's what you get for the price. It seems fairly priced.

Perfect for practicing.

We have a real piano but the kids like playing around with the fun sounds and wanted something to play on upstairs as well. It works well and has survived a few drops from the table to the floor (the toddler 😬).

This piano is light weight , and sounds good . The basic piano sound isn't perfect , for a keyboard for a price under a hundred dollars it's great . There is a metronome , several rhythm beats available which sound pretty good , and an ability to record your playing , though the amount of music you can record is limited

I guess it’s ok to learn on but after trying a Yamaha you definitely FEEL the difference in the keys. I was ok to settle for a cheaper keyboard but it plays random keys like it glitches out. Some keys seem sensitive. Im using simply piano to learn so its annoying when random notes play it throws me off and lowers my score :(

This is recommended for children who starting out playing music.

Lo que no me convenció - Teclas no sensibles al tacto: Para un principiante está bien, pero si quieres aprender dinámica real (suave/fuerte), se queda corto. - Sonidos algo sintéticos: Algunos instrumentos suenan bien, otros se sienten demasiado “digitales”. No es un teclado para oídos exigentes. - Banco algo inestable: Cumple, pero no es el más robusto. Para niños va perfecto; para adultos altos, menos. - Micrófono muy básico: Funciona, pero es más un accesorio divertido que una herramienta seria. - Construcción ligera: Fácil de mover, sí, pero también transmite cierta fragilidad. Conclusión El Alesis Melody 61 es un teclado ideal para principiantes, especialmente para niños o adultos que quieren empezar sin complicarse. Ofrece muchas funciones, un paquete muy completo y una experiencia suficiente para aprender lo básico. No es un instrumento profesional ni pretende serlo, pero para iniciarse es una opción muy recomendable.

Aunque no es un piano profesional, creo que es muy útil para las personas que son principales como yo, el sonido es bueno sin ser excelente, las teclas aunque no son tan sensibles al tacto pero cumplen con su función, creo que es un buen artículo y que el precio es accesible.
