There not very flavorful and are also a little dry. Based on the description, I thought they would be closer to the texture of brownies and with similar flavors. I’m back to share my experience with this company. My previous comments were somewhat negative and the company reached out to me with full intentions of making my experience with them positive. I really appreciate the fact that they contacted me and offered solutions to ensure I was a happy and satisfied customer. They offered a refund which most companies do not do. Thank you so much I really appreciate it. I changed my rating from 3 to 5 for their fantastic customer service.

I got them today and opened the container. They are all very uniform, so I am sure they are machine made. They were very dry and had no taste. I ate half of one and threw the rest of it away. I don't know what to do with them, since they are not returnable. I will not be eating them and would be embarrassed to give them to anyone else. Very disappointing.

These were pretty good and scratches the chocolate cookie itch. They were also a very good buy.

Extremely dry cookie for a premium price. I sent these as a gift and I’m embarrassed because they look nice, but are too hard and crunchy to enjoy.

Pretty package, fresh and delicious!!

My number one fear came true; they looked so luscious and powdered nice and thick... two to three bites of heaven with a cup of coffee or milk! But the first bite revealed they were less moist than I had hoped for. That pillowy essence just wasn't there as described.They were not worth the money spent for a premier treat.
