⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Game-Changer for Chronic Illness & Neurodivergent Wellness Tracking
I discovered the Oura Ring 4 through the Clue period tracking app, and it’s been a total game-changer. I live with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, and AuDHD, and I was looking for something that could help me track sleep, stress, body temperature, and recovery. Oura delivers on all fronts—and then some. What I love most is the accuracy and depth of insight. It doesn’t just give you only the minimal data, like Deep, Light and REM sleep, but also things like how long it takes you to get to sleep (latency) and how restless you are —it then translates this into genuinely helpful feedback, like sleep and recovery scores, body temperature trends, and guided breathing for stress. The daily readiness score helps me pace myself, which is essential when managing fatigue and sensory overwhelm. The breathing and mindfulness sessions have been a great tool during flare-ups or overstimulation.A few things to note:There is a monthly app subscription, but it’s reasonably priced for what you get. I also got a month free when I signed up.The app is intuitive and easy to navigate, though some people might need a bit of time to explore all its features—there are a lot, and they’re all useful. It takes about 90 days for Oura to fully calibrate and understand your individual baseline, so the insights get better over time.Buying the sizing kit first is a MUST—you’ll want a good fit for accuracy and comfort.Tagging activities and meals is super simple (if you remember to do it).The Rest Mode is a thoughtful feature for days when you’re sick, in pain, or recovering, though I do wish stress tracking stayed active during this mode.Battery life is solid, syncing is quick, and the ring itself is lightweight and comfortable—even with sensory sensitivities. It also integrates beautifully with Clue for cycle tracking, which adds another layer of helpful data for me.If you're managing chronic illness, neurodivergence, or just want a deeper, more holistic view of your health, I can’t recommend the Oura Ring 4 enough. It’s not just about fitness—it’s about understanding your body, honoring your limits, and supporting your wellbeing.

Very insightful
Nice stylish ring. It is easy to set up and the battery life is great. The app is easy to use and provides great insights into health. The ring has scratched a bit but it is on my main finger so not surprising. It is pretty accurate with my exercise and sleep observations. Only “downside” would be that the ring has a light inside it to connect to your skin which my child gets distracted by at bedtime in the dark which can sometimes be frustrating but a “feature” that can’t be avoided and is understandable. Overall lovely ring.

A great alternative to a smart-watch
I was keen to utilise technology to help with my fitness, but love mechanical watches so a smart-watch wasn't an option. Came across this and after some research I gave it a punt. Very happy customer, the ring is a doddle to set up and works a treat. Battery life is a snadge less than advertised but not enough to make me dock points. It's a shame about the subscription, as I think the ring is costly enough that it's something of a liberty to charge for ongoing use, they could lose things like the guided meditation etc and give a free option, or bake in more value-add to the app.Enough moaning though, what it does it does really well, giving me insights into my sleep patterns and broader health. I am happy I bought it and check the app at least daily months after buying.

Defective product.
I clearly have a deffective device. I have been using a v3 ring and then recently upgraded for a V4. Since then the new ring constantly loses a bluetooth connection to my phone and needs a hardware reset to connect again. This effectively makes it useless to me. I have tried using Oura support (chatbot) which gets me to remove the device from bluetooth, uninstall their app and then setup again. Over and over and over. I'm hoping to get in contact with an actual person soon but at this stage it's replace or refund. Very disappointed in the product and the support...

Great Gadget - got me off my backside
Purchase this as had not been feeling great, thought it might give me an insight into my health...it did! The constant measurement of my poor activity levels, in the end I ended up getting a PT as I hated my stats being so poor. Once started the constant improvement in all my metrics was brilliant and found it very motivational

Nice ring
Works, decent battery life, comfortable and the app gives me useful stats and hints. I wish the stats did not need a subscription otherwise 5 stars

Lovely ring, sadly the stats are inaccurate
It's a lovely looking ring, really nice and shiny but sadly the stats are inaccurate, or don't record at all. I have a Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 which I can sleep in and I find the platform much more user friendly and very accurate and provides a very indepth review of everything that the Oura ring does, minus the subscription. My watch is synced to Strava, so my activities are pulled through on there and then they come through on the Oura ring with those stats, but other stats like stress etc that Oura should measure are absent. If you have a smart watch that does everything the Oura does, you don't need this.
