I don’t leave many reviews but feel the need when a product and a company’s service meets expectations. This is my 7th purchase of the 60,000 mah power pack. Everyone in my family has one as a gift and we all are impressed. We call this thing the beast and it goes everywhere with us. Although a bit heavy, it’s worth its weight. This thing can charge 2 iPhones, an Apple Watch and my iPad 12.9 all at the same time and still have enough power to do the same the next day. It also runs my usb heating pad for hours which surprised me. Yes it takes sometime to charge but with a 30w brick, it only needs a few hours to reach capacity again. VERY happy with this product. I did receive one that looked previously used. It had scratches. I returned it and no issues with an immediate brand new replacement arriving within 48 hours. Great service too.

Just as described; works perfect and is good build quality. Can’t beat the price! I use it as a constant power-source/charger, Velcroed underneath the kitchen cabinets, for a rechargeable under-cabinet light I have. Instead of having to charge the light, or run expensive wiring underneath the cabinets, I have it plugged into a big battery.I was using a 10,000mah battery before I got this, but I had to recharge it every couple weeks, hence why I got this large one. This one has been going strong for twice the time it would normally have been able to provide before with the 10k mah battery and it’s showing only ~70% charged!Battery works perfect for our need! It’s light enough in weight that it’s held upside down 24/7/365 underneath the cabinets and it holds just fine! It feels like pretty decent build quality. The built in light is a nice feature, though I don’t need it for this application, but if you were gonna buy this for your car or for camping, the nightlight seems great! I have collected dozens of battery banks through the ages and this one is probably one of my top 3!

The media could not be loaded. This charger is thick, bulky, but has a leather strap that is very durable. It has six ports on it. You got your input and output. It has a nice little light on it. That's not insanely bright, but it's good to have just in a normal situation as a secondary light. And it's all around great. I mean, it says it can charge your phone multiple times. It definitely can charge your phone multiple times over. I've had like three or four devices hooked up to it, so it is ridiculously good.I also love the power charge percentage display. It's a great Value for the size as well.So far it's a durable lil beast and unlike cheap battery packs not even a sign of warmth... Note it does take a bit to charge but it's a big one so that's to be expected.

What a big battery back up this is. It holds a massive charge to be able to use with multiple things at the same time as well as be able to charge a few times before depleting itself. It's kinda heavy and and thick. 4 outputs 3 inputs. You actually have a 12 V out put. East to pug in a go. It's solid it's just big and bulky. Comes with a leather type. I keep it for Hurricane preparedness. When the power goes out for multiple days at least should be able to charge your phone quite a few times and even run anything the is USB 12v

Piece of junk. Had plugged in to charge for 2 days. It will not charge. Tried various cords and outlets.Can't return it since I ordered it March 4th. Only used it 2 times and when I was ready to charge it is when I found it it won't completely charge. Now I am stick with a useless product. Would really love to resolve this.

This thing is a BEAST. Charged my phone about a dozen times. Does take a long time to charge, but given the capacity, that's expected. Light feature is very bright. Could multifunction as a blunt weapon in a zombie apocalypse since it weighs about 3 lbs. Great price for the capacity.

My new best friend! We have quite a few of these types of chargers but they’re thing and basically you can fully charge your phone and it’s dead. This one on the other hand does take a minute to get fully charged but, I used it for an entire weekend and it still had battery !!!!!! Which is exactly what I wanted it for. Great battery life and even charging multiple items !

Three issues that I have with this item.1. It is very heavy, I mean "brick" is the correct word for this, it's as heavy as a brick, or heavier.2. The hand strap is so small that you can't get your hand through it, if you're an adult with average sized hands anyway. Maybe redesign it to add a few cents worth of material, an inch or two of material so that the loop is able to fit an adult sized hand.3. It takes an enormous amount of time to charge up.I received it with a 75% charge on it, I started to charge it up at 2pm, it finished that 25% charge up at 7am the next morning that's 17 hours to do a 25% charge, ridiculously SLOW, at that rate it would take 68 hours to go from 0-100%, that's almost 3 days!Now to be fair, it's brand new and as of this writting I haven't actually tried the unit to see how long it takes to drain it, but even if it drains slowly, it shouldn't recharge this slowly either.
