Love Nars. This is a potent color. I like it but need a mirror to apply. A tiny bit goes a long way on this light-skinned person. A bit drying. I usually apply a tiny bit of this to take the pale away and then top with an oil or some Burt Bees. I look ridiculous if I get too much of this particular color on my lips. It is very pretty in tiny amounts applied in good lighting. Applied in dark lighting and then viewed in good lighting--Oh no. Just don't do that. Use a little caution with this color. Nars is great, this color is a little dangerous in my opinion. It is kind of orange-red, peachy.

This is an amazing lip color for the holidays, but really is the perfect red for any season. This is a blue based red (v. an orange based red) and looks amazing on any skin tone but I have paper white skin and it looks great on my pale vampire skin. If you press some powder on the first application and blot and reapply, it can even withstand dinner. This wears all day and only have to touch up a few times, it's a great product. I had never tried NARS lipstick before so this was a great first lipstick to try. I bought two as holiday gifts for my girlfriends and they loved it too.
