Very Fiddly
Overall I'm pleased with what it actually does - ie straighten my hair. But the water reservoir is incredibly fiddly/difficult to remove & the reservoir itself almost impossible to completely empty. I'll reserve an extra star to see if these points work out okay after a couple of months.
