RMR-86 Instant Mold and Mildew Stain Remover Spray - Scrub Free Formula, 2 Pack - 32 oz

Worked very quickly and awesome destroyed all the black mildew on the grout, and results held out a lot longer than when using the traditional paper towel towels, soaked in peroxide. Not sure where all the drama comes from about everybody needing to wear hazmat suits and respirators for this stuff. I wore gloves and just made sure to not get it on my skin. It had a strong smell, not unlike that of bleach, but it was not bothersome. It just smelled like a pool , highly recommend.

Thia thing is amazing!!! It really works within seconds and removed some mold that no scubbing could. Excellent for hard to reach areas too, crevices in the shower door, just spray it and wipe or rinse a bit later. It does have super strong chlorine smell, so if you are sensitive like me and have a closed shower maybe wear googles and mask - it made me tear up. That said will continue purchasing!! Nothing nothing nothing as I ever tried worked like this!! I wish I took before and afters.

I purchased this product based on positive reviews and that it was less expensive than Alien Power. Plus I didn't have to do any mixing. Looking at the pics, I have mold growing on the shady side of my house. I basically sprayed each panel with two passes of RMR86. After 5 minutes it was gone! No scrubbing, no need for a pressure washer, no need to attach a hose. Just simply spray and be amazed. I do recommend rinsing with a hose after as the solution has a very strong chlorine smell, and rinsing helps the smell dissipate. I would only use this for outdoor use, it's listed as "contractor grade" and the smell would be overwhelming if used indoors. The last time we attempted to remove the mold, we purchased a pressure washer. It took far longer using a pressure washer than using the RMR86. Not to mention dragging the pressure washer around, and wrestling with its hose. Perhaps RMR86 should be used for the Reflecting Pool in DC!

I never review products... I'm lazy. But this product deserves a review! The ceiling in my 100 year-old house recently began to accumulate visible mold. I have tried several products to fight it and everything I've tried left a shadow and never got the ceiling clean enough that I felt confident repainting with mildew resistant paint. But THIS!!! This got it sparkling clean in a matter of seconds with no scrubbing needed. It was like magic! I do recommend that you ventilate the area and wear a mask... it's potent stuff. I may have damaged my lungs a bit, but at least I know it's from chemicals and not the disgusting mold! Worth it! I'm no longer embarrassed by my gross bathroom ceiling and have a new go to product! If you have a gross bathroom, order this immediately!

No problems with packaging, leakage, etc. This is a day 1 review, I'll update as needed. I used this as soon as it was delivered and I was absolutely shocked by how well this worked. I wish I had taken a before pic - we had mold/mildew blotching on drywall next to the shower that had been spreading for a few weeks now. This absolutely DELETED it from the wall in seconds. It definitely has a strong chlorine/chemical odor, but it did not bother me much, even in the poorly ventilated bathroom. Turn on fans and open a window, clean up pretty quickly, and you'll be ok.
