I am very satisfied with this very root. The capsules are high quality, easy to swallow. But mostly, I am amazed at how they have lowered my BP. I was borderline on high and didn’t want to take a BP medication. This beet root has been very effective at lowering my BP. Just a warning though, it works fast. I started taking them twice a day but it lowered my BP too fast. So start slow.

This is a strong efficient product. I took 2 at once. I could tell nitric oxide levels were significantly elevated the next day. (kind of personal reasons, but you probably get the idea)

Seems like it does a good job but its tough to tell if it makes a significant change. I have to wonder how potent it actually is. Maybe after using it for a few weeks and checking it with a blood pressure monitor it might make a difference.
