Great product and great customer service!
I am just starting my YouTube channel and didn't want to spend a ton on a gimbal so found this product. Since I have been filming on my iPhone 14 Pro Max, the grip really helped me to stabilize the shot. On top of that, it is very comfortable to hold. This also functions as a tripod mount so definitely offers some versatility especially if I am on the go. You can easily attach a tripod to the bottom of the handle and set it if you need still shots. The bluetooth remote control works very well as a clicker (kind of like shooting photos on a camera) so you don't need to fumble around to find the button on the screen. It actually saves a lot of time if you just want to use it like a point and shoot. It can be removed if you need to take an away shot. I used to use my Apple Watch as the camera remote, but I found this to work better. Most of all, this company is SUPER customer-friendly and helped me resolve an issue very quickly (caused by a shipping snafu on my end). I will come back to purchase from them again.

An easy way to improve family and event photographs
I made the reluctant admission some time ago that I'm just not going to haul my DSLR (Digital Single Lens Reflex, aka 'real camera') around to most of my family events and vacations. Well north of 99% of my photography done these days, even the stuff for art's sake, is done on my iPhone XR. It's a neat photo package, but it's hard to hold properly. I decided to look for a handgrip and it turns out, there are many.*ErgonomicsJust about *any* grip would be an improvement over holding a cellphone in a protective case or just the plain phone. It's a good-size, which means that my young kids can use it easily, as well as me and my wife. I can leave it on and still get into the pockets of the cargo pants my wife hasn't found and thrown out yet.The grip has two spring-loaded arms that...grip...the cell phone. It's a bit like cell-phone mounts for cars. The springs are strong and it takes effort to get the phone in and out, so I don't see this as something that your phone will accidentally fall out of.If you have a monopod or a tripod, you can also attach it via a universal screw mount.*ConnectionThis is a Bluetooth device. If you have had great luck with Bluetooth, there's nothing to worry about. If you are like me and your BT devices are constantly disappearing and disconnecting, this is one of those memory items you need to get set up before you leave for the day. In general, I would say that I haven't had too many problems.Set up is simple: open your BT connections manager, turn on BT, and turn on the device. It shows up as 'HG-BT1' and so far I haven't been able to re-name it on my iOS.Make sure you're in camera mode when you first use it, or hitting the shutter just adjusts your volume! There's no appreciable lag between depressing the button and getting the shot.*TL;DRThis is an inexpensive, easy-to-use add-on. It works as advertised and will definitely help improve your family and event photography. It comes with a button-style CR battery that is inexpensive to replace when yours dies.

Terrific!
One of the most well designed products I’ve found in years. It beautifully solves the problem we have all had: How can I take a picture with a cell phone using one hand?Set up was quick and simple; pairing was a snap. The size and weight feel comfortable in my hand, with just a little mass to help stabilize the image.I love it!

Works Well. Not dissappointed.
Pros: Lightweight, fit well to any of our family's phones, and was easy to insert the battery and attach to the phone through compression. It holds well and does not slide or slip off the phone. The remote control detaches easily from the main unit and is put back into the body fitting just as easily. The remote range was about 35 feet before the remote became intermittent, which is far beyond the distance it would be used anyway. Electronics are simple in construction and direct in design. No design flaws observed that would lead to the wifi not working.Cons: The unit is plastic and cannot take too much hard impact. It was not made to be ruggedized.Overall, it is a recommendation to others looking at this item.

Turns your iPhone into a real camera
What I dislike about iPhone photography is holding the thin phone with 2 hands, my left hand fingers often obstruct the lens and working the shutter by tapping the white button often causes me to take 2 or 3 shots and changes my framing. This grip makes the phone much more stable for taking photos. The magnetic attachment is much stronger than I expected.

Nice camera phone tool.
Very solid and good quality product. I like the size grip for my long fingers that always come in front of the camera lens when taking pictures or videos. The only issue I have is the size of the hold fingers are a little short on the top and bottom for my Samsung phone and it's very hard to open up the springs. The instructions booklet recommends removing the battery when not in use which is OK but that opening and closing of the battery cover is a little problem to deal with. There's must be a better way for this little bug. I gave it 4 stars but I highly recommend it.
