COoking with these rice papers are so easy to do I either fry or air fry them. Pizza, shrimp appetizer, cream cheese and guava, tiny meatballs with sauce, Anything goes. I use them year round sometimes instead of bread I air fry them alone and they are delicious.

They are inexpensive, and do the job. They they can be eaten cooked, or raw.
