Great coffee maker for the office.

Fantastic Coffee Machine!!! Bought this for home use as I was sick of buying expensive coffee machines that did a mediocre job of making coffee. or would stop working after a couple of years. Found this on Amazon for a really good price, and I am very happy with it. Now I have HOT coffee! It makes great tasting coffee and it is a very sturdy and good looking machine. Very easy to clean. Shipping was very fast, and it arrived in perfect condition. Would highly recommend this machine.

This is our offices' 2nd coffee machine in the past couple years. We have bought the same one. The first one after a few months, it would make only half a pot of coffee, when you put in the correct amount of water. We tried cleaning it multiple times which we do on a regular bases any way. But would only make half a pot. Then when you add more water it would overflow. So we gave in and bought another. It has worked perfect the past few months. Still love the product.

We have an office with about 12-15 coffee drinkers, and this maker is just right for making the coffee rapidly, and being able to keep up with demand. We probably make 8-12 pots per day with it. Much faster than the residential drip models!

This is a solid piece of equipment. We replaced a Bunn unit we rented that was plumbed to a water line with this 2-warmer pour-over model for our office. It arrived in great condition, it is beautiful and we set it up per the instructions in the box. Then we waited and were confused. After watching some internet videos explaining how commercial our-over coffee brewers work we were set straight. The commercial pour-over models aren't like those at home. When you fill the tank with 3 pots worth of water it will be heated (20-30 minutes) and then sit there hot. It won't brew until you add an additional amount of water. The new cold water will displace the hot water in the tank, pushing it through the system to make your coffee. We need to keep the coffee maker on, plugged in (there is no off switch or ready-to-brew indicator light) throughout the week so we can brew hot coffee in the AM without waiting. The hot water in the tank will just hang out overnight and be ready to go in the morning. Our plan is to unplug the unit on Friday evenings and before holiday closures so it won't evaporate over the weekend and burn out.
