SCREW WHAT HATERS THINK....
These trash bags rock! They do exactly what they are suppose to do...line your kitchen trash can and when full makes it easy to take the trash out. These bags are very sturdy, (not puncture or slash proof as some people complain , c'mon it's a trash bag NOT tire patch people). Some people complain about it's smell again it's plastic trash bag made in a factory so it smells like plastic. I've bought these twice so far and the smell hasn't bothered me. Then I'm not one of those gotta have a fresh lavender scent type of people and actually lavender or any fresh scent does not smell well when mixed with trash. Just saying. These trash bags work great, you get a whole bunch for a great price. They never torn on me once , then again I'm careful about disposing sharp objects or over filling to a point of ripping, just don't over fill that simple. I'm running low and an to buy more soon.

Our favorite drawstring trash bags
We previously purchased and used drawstring trash bags from another store. However, these Amazon brand bags are not only cheaper (with our subscription), but sturdier and of better quality. We have yet to have any of these bags rip, tear, etc. -- even when they are fully loaded or filled with heavy materials. We have yet to have any of the drawstrings fall out when being tied. We love these and highly recommended them to all who are looking for a high quality product at an affordable price.

These bags are AWESOME
Bought 200 of these in Dec 2018, and still have plenty left. My household doesn’t create a lot of trash, but I thought spending a ton of money of other brands was a waste – you are literally throwing away the item you’re buying – so this seemed perfect. I even turned my dad into a believer and he “brags” about how he gets 200 trash bags for $20. As for the bags themselves, the first time I used them was to clean up christmas wrapping paper and the bag ripped with barely anything in it. I was totally disheartened and thought it was a cheap product, but in hindsight it was very likely a paper-cut down the side of the bag from some of the wrapping paper. These bags are awesome! They have the slightest bit of stretch to them and I’ve never had one bust outside of that initial bag. They’ve held heavy items and have never leaked anything. I don’t think I’d necessarily purposefully try to overstuff one, they’re so cheap you can just grab another bag and save yourself the stress of that possibly happening, but they’ve held up to having trash compressed down and pokey edges of product containers. They fit my regular kitchen trash can perfectly. Never buying another brand for my kitchen trash ever again.

Glad I switched from Glad
I was skeptical about switching from Glad trash bags, but with Amazon's satisfaction guarantee I figured I had nothing to lose. Turns out it was a good decision. As the owner of a small B&B, we use a lot of trash bags, and we fill them to the top. My biggest concern was whether the Amazon brand would hold up and not tear. When I carry a filled bag downstairs to the trash barrels in the garage, the last thing I want is for the bag to fall apart. Turns out these trash bags are stronger, slightly larger, and overall better than the name brand we'd been using. And the price is great. The packaging is also better. The 200-count box has four separate rolls, making it easy to not only remove each bag, but to also take a roll to another room in the house. We store most in the kitchen and bring a roll upstairs to a room that houses several rescued parrots. Bird owners will know that birds are very sensitive to chemicals and strong odors. Many people, myself included, prefer to breathe clean air, too. These bags are unscented and have worked well for both animals and humans. Highly recommended.

Good quality - BUT.....
I have been a fan of these for the past several years. Price is great vs the other brands, however, I have noticed lately the price keeps increasing so I am not really seeing a savings vs. the national brand. When a company does this, I lose respect and loyalty for their product. I have no problem now tossing this brand to the curb and going with another brand that is equal in quality but lower in cost. When will these people learn that that 2% profit can lose them 20% in gross sales? I guess they think we are just all stupid and will follow them thorough anything they tell us to do.

Comparable
I like these bags, the price per bag is significantly cheaper than those at my grocery store that I normally purchase. Durability, to date none have ripped. Handle has never torn. In all they've held up slightly better than most bags I've tried. Size is much the same as others, a bit bigger than my trash can so that after removing I have room to ad a bit more and comfortably close it. Pulling them out of the box is the closest I have to a complaint. Bags unroll smoothly enough, but consistently more than one comes out. They unfold quite easily from there, without any challenges. So how well, given the above, do they compare to generic or name brand bags? In my experiences the only way I've had ones I liked better was scented, which always smell like artificial lemon. It was mild, and made for a nice presence in the kitchen. Still, better off just cleaning things as necessary and the rest of the time using some Febreeze to both kill the smell and replace it with something nicer.
