Very durable feeling.

We recently swapped out one of our gutters for a rain chain to give it a shot... and so far we're loving it. One thing that was missing was what to do at the bottom. Unlike a gutter, the chain will just kind of drop all the water in one spot... You could put a rain barrel under it I suppose but that doesn't work for where we put ours. Now, with this anchor on there it does a MUCH more controlled release of the water and we were able to put some stones, etc there to help keep things tidy. Great way to finish off a rain chain for sure!

Sturdy but needs a a couple of holes at the bottom. When it rains, the water just sit there and creates perfect environment for mosquitoes. I drilled two holes and solved the issue.

I received a rain chain for Christmas and was very excited to get this Rain Chain Anchoring Basin. It provides the finishing touch. It attaches easily to my rain chain and perfectly catches the overflow, preventing my mulch from being pushed around.
