Commercial CHEF Cast Iron Biscuit Pan, Pre-seasoned Cast Iron Cookware for Muffins & Scones

Love the biscuit pan for biscuits, cornbread, crustless mini quiche. Like the rest of my cast iron cookware I preheat the pan and use the correct oil that won't stick. My gluten free biscuits fall out of the pan and cleanup takes just a couple of minutes. I can quickly make a second batch in the same pan. Love the crisp brown edges on my gluten free biscuits. I've been using this pan for over two years and it is like new. Don't buy if you don't know how to use cast iron for cooking. I take care of my cast iron and this pan is as good as my cast iron pans over a hundred years old.

This is my new favorite pan. It makes perfect English muffins with a gluten free recipe I love. That recipe requires that you cook them in a skillet with rings—which was a disaster. I bought this hoping it would work, and it’s brilliant!

Kind of small

It came in 3 days. It was not too heavy not to light. Decent muffin cups. Sturdy. Loved it!!! Highly recommended!

Great for making quick buns from pizza dough. Add a little water in the middle and they come out nice and crispy.

Cast iron is the best for cooking/baking just about anything. This biscuit pan is so awesome—anything I make in it just falls right out! Preseasoned, you just have to rinse it out with hot water when you get it and can bake right away! I use it to make slider buns—they come out just perfect!

There is nothing to dislike about this cast iron biscuit pan. It is handy for whipping up muffins andbiscuits on my grill, which I utilize rather than heat up the house in the summer baking in the oven.I doubted the pre-seasoned statement in the advertisement, but it's a genuine claim. The pan isseasoned and ready to go on delivery. Once again, a good, reasonably priced buy.

I bought this thinking it would be a great all around cast iron pan and I was right I have made brownies, biscuits and protein cakes.The best thing is that this are perfect size for couples, once you have figured out the recipe it cooks even and toasty.Easy clean up (for cast iron) an for storage I leave it in the oven, ready to go.
