Why does friction occur between the tire and the brake/shifter cables or pedals while riding?

This is caused by the incorrect direction of the front fork. Please remove the front wheel, rotate the front fork 180°, and then reassemble the front wheel.

Why do brakes not work or make noise?

It's possible that the brake pads are not aligned with the wheel rim; please refer to the installation video for adjustment. Also, check if the brake pads are worn and in need of maintenance.

Why does the chain become loose or skip gears after shifting?

This is due to shifting while not riding, which can lead to damage to the chain and derailleur. Please install the chain properly, and shift gears while riding.
