The lock is ok but 1 option is missing
The lock is working fine but m disappointed that it doesn’t have the finger print option. We don’t want to enter the code as an owner, thought we can do the finger print. But it doesn’t have that option

Malfunctioning after few days, lock is not working properly. Need a replacement and no one answering

Only professional can fix it on door. Once fix, it’s all fine. Just opening door through Bluetooth is not working.

Don’t buy! The installation cost is almost as much as the product cost. The 3Y warranty is available only if installation is done via this partner.
