When they say high arch support, they mean high arch support
These work well and are comfortable but if they were any higher, it would be uncomfortably tight in the shoes I put them in. If your shoes are in the least big snug vertically, pass on this product.

Shoe inserts for women
I love these inserts. I have pain in my toes and ball of feet. These inserts make walking so comfortable. Gives really good arch support too.

Easyfeet vs Spenco vs TreadLabs
So after suffering for months with plantar fasciitis that has not responded to stretches, ice, or heel cups, I started searching for inserts. None of the inserts in local shoe or sporting goods stores came up high enough to touch my arch, so I ordered 3 of the top rated plantar fasciitis inserts of Amazon: Spenco, Tread Labs, and Easyfeet. These Easyfeet insert seem very well made. I suspect they would work well for many people. They just did not fit my feet. For reference I have a high arch, narrow heel, and fat toes. I have been wearing size 7 Sketchers (probably why I have the plantar fasciitis in the first place, the arch support in Sketchers is a joke…).Spenco Total Support Max:“Padding” under the front of the foot is hard.“Padding” in the heel is hard.Arch support is hard plastic, no give. I would call it a medium high support, about as high as the off-the-shelf inserts at the local sporting goods store (does NOT come up high enough to touch my arch).Did not fit into my shoes without trimming.Did not feel like they provided any arch support while in the shoe. Also did not feel like they provided any padding, felt hard. I got the impression that if I tried doing a day at work with these in my shoes (I work in an urgent care clinic) I would have VERY sore feet after a few hours (didn’t test this though, since of the three these were definitely the least comfortable and I knew right away they would be getting returned).Verdict on the Total Support Max: Total fail, no Support, Max discomfort.2. Tread Labs Ramble “High”:Softest padding of the three, the padding at the front of the foot is definitely much softer than the others.Padding in the heel cup is also fairly soft.Arch support is hard plastic, no give, but the padding makes it feel soft. These have the interesting feature that the hard plastic arch is velcroed to the padding, I guess so you can save money by just replacing the pad rather than the whole insert. It DOES come up high enough that I can feel it touching my arch and giving me some support. They fit into my size 7 Sketchers without needing to be trimmed. They were immediately comfortable to walk on. No feeling of needing to be broken in.Moved them to my size 7 Brooks (which I bought in an attempt to heal the plantar fasciitis since it was clearly just getting worse in the Sketchers). In the Brooks I was able to notice a small pad between the arch and the ball of the foot, which was not uncomfortable but felt a bit strange and took some getting used to.The next day wore the Brooks with the Thread Labs inserts to work. After about 30 minutes I no longer noticed that little pad just behind the ball of the foot. Overall the Thread Labs kept my plantar fasciitis down to a bearable level. What I noticed while wearing these during the day is that they helped prevent my foot from supinating (I have always been a bad supinator, I always wear my shoes out along the outer edge). The following morning my heel pain was there but was less than before.Verdict: Going to keep them. They seem to be helping the plantar fasciitis, and have the bonus of reducing my supination issue. Comfortable to walk on / no break in period.3. Easyfeet Orthotic Sports insoles with hard arch support:Padding under the front of the foot is hard, almost as hard as the Spenco.Padding in the heel cup is midway between the Spenco and Tread Labs in firmness.Arch support is hard plastic but unlike the others it has some give and flexes a little. It DOES come up high enough to touch my arch, but on this one the arch seems to be placed farther back and it rubs agains my heel but does not support the front part of my arch well (a bit uncomfortable). They slipped into my size 7 Sketchers without needing to be trimmed. Once in the shoes the arch seemed to have better placement, with a bit more overall support but with pressure points at the front and back of my arch. For some reason every time I took a step in these I felt a stabbing pain in the ball of my foot on the side with the big toe. Tried walking around for a while but it did not lessen.Switched them to my size 7 Brooks walking shoes. Still got the weird sensation of pressure at the front and back of the arch with lack of support in the middle/top of the arch. Also noticed even more the stabbing pain at the front of the arch (medial and just proximal to the distal end of the 1st metatarsal), which was an even stronger pain in the quality Brooks then in the cheap Sketchers. I had planned to take these for a test walk outside but the stabbing pain was so unnerving that I decided to just put the inserts back in the box and return them.

Best work shoe insole support ever!
I wear steel toe shoes pretty much 8 to 9 hours a day and this is my third pair. I've been replacing them every 6 months and they hold up amazingly. They fit well for my size and support my whole body so my legs and feet do not hurt after walking around on concrete all day. Definitely thankful for these insoles & they are worth the money!

Great at first
These insoles felt amazing at first. Maybe for the first 3 days I thought “wow this is life changing, and not for a bad price”. But after a short time I fear they may have just felt ordinary.

Perfect for my feet
I ordered these to see if these would help with being on my feet all day and traveling for work. These are fantastic. For years I have had Planter-fasciitis and I have tried almost every insole to help. The Dr. Scholls for planter-fasciitis work well, but only for about 4-6 months. These have worked past 6 months to almost a year. Only issue I have is, they are a lot more expensive.

Too much arch. Sizing seems large (needs lots of trimming). Wearing for sports seem unrealistic
This was advertised for sports shoes. But I think it is a long way from working for that purpose.First, the arch is like walking on roll of quarters in your shoe.Second, it labor intensive as it takes some work as the size will really need to be trimmed.Third, you also need to remove (perhaps with a blow dryer) the existing insole. A mess. Then, for all this, you also have a very pronounced, uncomfortable arch they don't recommend you even use for more than a few hours per day at first (a clue I guess). It is so stiff and pronounced, you may not make it around the office much less being active in sports. So this was not really what I was looking for. I have like d the Move Game Day products for sports and the Power Step for day-to-day. So I am not an insole hater at all. These, though, you just pull out of the box and think: mistake.I like the insoles you can just slip in and not be stuck trimming and such.I thought we might try them for daily use, but I think it just looks too painful. It protrudes into your foot this plastic arch.Unless a podiatrist tells you to get this product, I would not try it (especially for sports shoes) with the hard arch leaving you with more pain that you started with. And the trimming and ripping out the insoles of the Nikes or whatever, you are going to probably be left in tears and having lit some money on fire for the insoles and have shoes you can't wear until you buy an insole that slides in and works.I fell for the advertising and "sports shoe" description. They got me.My main issue is, at this price point, you should have a slip-in ready to use product. This requires a lot of trimming (even the plastic) to fit a shoe, then it will only fit that shoe. Then it should only be worn a few hours?I buy lots of these and they should, again at this price point, slip in (so be closer to size) and be wearable out of the box for an extended time.It is not meeting customer expectations in this manner as the other products on the market. I am in contact for a refund and will review that aspect accordingly (as the packaging mentions this is easy and simple). Company replies but has not honored the return policy on the package to date ,and in fact I got scam vibes trying to return the item to the company (following directions on the box).

Excellent quality arch support insole
The media could not be loaded. Superb quality arch support insole. Previously my feet aches in multiple places after a 10km run on this shoes (with no arch support). With the easyfeet arch support, my feet doesn't ache anymore after my run. (I have a normal arch, not flat foot or high arch).minor feedback: it will be better if the top surface of the insole is the slightly rough surface normally found in regular shoes insole instead of the super smooth surface.
