Well made and sensors work great!

The candles work as advertised. It was packaged very well. They come with an additional small fuse for the plug if it ever needs it. They turn on as soon as dark enough and stay on all night until dawn. The light from the candles is bright enough to see from the outside but it is not the obnoxious LED white. I have placed them in windows I do not need to worry about turning on and off because people would be sleeping in the room. They don't topple over but I always like a heavier base to counteract the height and the electric cord. I would like to see them add 2-4 oz more weight in the base to add more stability. Since they will run longer than normal light switch candles, I'll be curious to see how long the bulb lasts before replacing. But its simple enough to order 7watt replacement bulbs.

I finally purchased my dream home that has 9 gorgeous windows on the front of the house. And since I'm as basic as they come, I of course wanted to have beautiful lights in the windows like my neighbors. I bought a few different ones from local drugstores and big warehouse stores, but they always had issues. They either required batteries and burned out too quick, or required me to remember to unscrew the bottom to turn them off or unplug them whenever I didn't want them on and then do the opposite when I did want them on. It kind of ruined the magic of Christmas. I wanted to pull up to the house and see the beautiful lights in my windows. So, I found these and was ecstatic with how well they worked. You can tell as soon as you plug them in that the dusk-to-dawn technology works. In my room, they're off, but at night as soon as I place them behind our light-blocking curtains they immediately turn on. The brightness is great, too. Overall, I am so pleased with these and I tell all my neighbors about them. They make it effortless to add just a little bit of Christmas cheer to your home, and to my forever dream home. Also, I have two little cuties in the house who aren't so gentle around windows. A few of them have toppled over and did not break! Fingers crossed that continues to be the case, but two Christmas seasons under our belt so far and we still have all of our original lights.
