Can it be used on broken skin?

I used it over small broken blisters and it was fine, but wouldn’t put it over anything worse until healed.

Is this the genuine item as the packaging received is different to the image shown and the packaging found in shops?

I can only comment on the product that I received, which was a genuine item. I do not know whether the packaging has changed or whether the one you got is packaged for a different market.
