I bought an omega 3 naturewise And all the soft gel capsules were stuck together like a block.

I’ve been taking NatureWise Fish Oil for a while now, and I genuinely feel it has helped with my joint discomfort and overall inflammation. I have autoimmune-related joint pain and frequent back pain, and since taking this supplement, I’ve noticed my joints feel less achy and stiff. The biggest thing that convinced me it was helping was when I had to stop taking it for a week before surgery. During that time, I could definitely tell a difference! And my joints felt more uncomfortable, and even my skin seemed less healthy and hydrated. Once I started taking it again, I noticed improvement. Another huge plus is that there is no fishy taste or smell, which has been an issue for me with other fish oil supplements. Occasionally I get a mild lemony burp, but it’s not unpleasant and is far better than a fishy aftertaste. Overall, I’m very happy with this product and plan to continue purchasing it. Great quality fish oil that has made a noticeable difference for me.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I bought these mainly to help with my skin and nails, and after only about 15 days, I can already see a noticeable difference. I take a prescription medication that makes my skin incredibly dry, so I was hoping these would help. Since I started taking them, my skin has improved so much and doesn’t feel nearly as dry. I’ve also noticed my nails aren’t chipping like they used to, and they’re finally starting to grow. I was hesitant to buy these because every omega-3 supplement I’ve tried in the past left a terrible fishy aftertaste. Thankfully, that’s not the case with these at all!
