I purchased this for someone else and the only thing I can say is they thought it was quite firm but comfortable.

Reasonable size ring, reasonably firm and a nice cover so the item does not appear "surgical" Ok to take places where you may be subjected to hard seating. Happy with it

This is not 18 inch diameter as advertised . It is oval shaped not round and therefore didn't fit the wicker chair I ordered it for. Returned and refunded satisfactorily.

I having a job that makes me sit for hours whole day, and being a hemorrhoids patients. this cushion has helped me a lot relieve my pain which was unbearable. I have used this cushion on a 13 hour long drive and it was totally worth it. the shape of the cushion may change after usage but it get back to original shape as soon as you leave it for a while. The cover fabric material is soft and comfortable too. Highly recommend to people who do jobs like me and who do a lot of highway driving.

its soft, comfortable and the quality is ok but a bit small size, i hope it last long.

I ordered this because it looked like it has a larger cut out than most other cushions. The cut out is in fact larger relative to the overall cushion size, but the cushion itself is smaller than almost every other one I've gotten. I couldn't sit on this for more than 10 seconds before I got so uncomfortable I couldn't bare it. For something more expensive than most other cushions, it's somehow even worse than them.
