Excellent option for pasta alternative
As a prediabetic, I was looking for something to replace my traditional pasta. Red lentil and chickpea pasta did not work for me. I found this and it was tested against nine other types of ingredients for pasta, and this had the best rating for taste and low glycemic index. Just had the fettuccine with some tomato sauce and it was fabulous. At about $3.50 per serving, you are doing something wonderful to your body while keeping your sugar spike at a minimum.

Great noodles with no nasty smell!
Love the noodles; they are a great low carb option. Delish in soup and with mixed veggies with vegan butter or teriyaki sauce! No nasty smell like other brands, will be reordering! Affordable as well. ( However; personally do not like in place of spaghetti with sauce.)

Good product, high price but not crazy
Fairly good pasta substitute. Great in terms of calories and carbs. Mostly tasteless unless you're trying really hard to notice. No problematic smell. Fairly easy to prepare, with the caveat that the anglehair is difficult to unclump.. Primary downside is the price, but compared to other konjac noodles it's pretty good at about $2.50 per serving.

Yummy noodle alternative that helps you keep your calorie goals in line!
These have no odd smell and are really just a blank slate for cooking.I dry fry these for at least 4-5 minutes after rinsing them for a minute and they come out amazing! They absorb flavors well. I have never eaten more than one pack for a meal and I have not dealt with any GI upset. I chew well and follow with lots of water to ensure good digestion. So great to have pasta not take up all of my calories for the day. You really can’t beat the macros. They are never going to be exactly like pasta- they have a bit more of a crunch. So far I have only combined them with marinara.I would repurchase these!

Satisfying
I purchased these due to loving pasta and being on a low carb diet. Some of the bad reviews about them having a strong odor, or being chewy or mushy had me worried. It took me a few weeks to actually try them. They did not have a strong odor, I did go ahead and rinse them per the instructions. When cooked per the instructions they firm up and had a very slight color change. They did not have a weird taste and we're very satisfying. I used the whole pouch for my dinner and it was way too much. Next time I'm going to split it in half. I highly recommend these to anyone who loves pasta but is carb restricted. They also make it in a rice firm, which I will be buying. I love stir fry and noodle bowls, for a healthy quick homemade meal and these are a welcomed addition. I'm so glad I decided to try them.

They are good!
I love that they come in different variants, the price is very high though.

Delicious is what got you fat to begin with
This is not delicious, but let's face it. Delicious is the food that got you fat to begin with. I just had these with my ground beef ragu style sauce and this cut a good 300 calories off of my meal. That is 300 calories you can spend on fat loss or 300 calories of dessert, whatever you prefer. They have no odor, even when taken out of the bag. The texture is more rubbery than traditional noodles. You have to actually chew instead of just crushing them against the roof of the mouth, but I did not mind it too much.

Turn back now, while you have a chance.
You might be asking yourself, low carbs and low calories for pasta?! It’s too good to be true! And you’re right… giving this as a meal to your worst enemy would be considered a cruel and unusual punishment. If you’re looking for a pasta replacement because you want something low carb and can’t fathom the idea of not eating pasta than look no further…. Really don’t look any further turn back. Eat this because you have to not because it’s an option. You may be asking why am I saying all this? We tried this as a spaghetti substitute and it was simply a chewy petroleum jelly of a meat sauce. Noodles, constituent of a jelly like ramen noodle that will not separate from each other. I’m not convinced you can’t use these, but to sell them as spaghetti is a crime against humanity. If you’re going to want to make a pasta, just make a normal pasta… at most buy the chick pea pastas and balance it with a nice garlic bread. Good luck out there for those who are brave enough to ignore this warning. May god have mercy on your palette.
