Well built and compact.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This unit has good output voltage. It delivers 13.85v at no load and 13.65v at a 10 amp load. Iām using it to run two 12 volt coolers. The power-pole connectors on the front made it easy to connect to my system. Binding post terminals on the rear make it suited for many uses. The USB charging jacks on the front are handy. The IEC AC connector is a plus. Would definitely buy this unit again for other projects. The price was very good for a unit this well-made.

Great 30amp switching power supply.
This is my second 30amp power supply from the same company. The first one still works and it's been powering two of my base station for a few months now and there's not a single issue. This one have 2x USB ports which is a nice feature. I can keep my phone fully charged and my mp3 player. This power supply can handle it all. It's currently powering my Motorola XTL-5000 high power (110 watts) mobile unit that I'm using as a base station radio. It also power my 2m VHF radio that has an output of 80 watts.Though I don't key up on both radio at the same time. One radio can be at idle or monitoring and the other I can use in high power. The power supply is well made, on fact if you do some research it's very similar and I would say identical to a name brand out there. But anyways this 30 amp unit does it all and works great with no issues.Installation is easy. The back has power poles and the front has 2x Anderson connectors. Again this power supply works great with no RF noise in any of my radios and the power supply sits right in the middle of the two VHF and UHF radios. For the price, this power supply is great and is priced just right for the amateur radio operator.

Posts AND Powerpoles - great combo
Good, small footprint. Has posts on the back that caps come all the way off for applying wires with round lugs. Had Anderson Powerpole connectors on front, convenient. Got this for a Go Box power supply for the AC/DC power. So far runs stable. Good price.

Great price, useful with multiple devices.
I really like this power supply. Easy setup with the power pole connectors with my ham radio. I am also able to charge my phone with the usb ports.

Exstreamly good quality, and don't let the size fool you.
Great little power supply. Cean power without any noticeable hum or wine while powering an amplifier that should by all rights suck the life right out of it. Rated to 30a and it is certnly capable of sustained output of at least, but probably more....must have the heart of a stick welding machine or something.š....the amplifier I have this poor guy yolked to can yank about 130a real easy and if it actual does kick out from the safety it has come back up every time.

Works great at 10-15 amps, USB ports are NOT independant, 115 VAC input only
I'm using this "30 amp" power supply to run my Kenwood TM-218A radio (which only requires a 15A supply maximum) and it has worked great running that radio as an APRS digipeter 24/7 for the last 20 days. The instructions say it can supply 25 amps continuously, and 30 amps "max", but I haven't really tested it at the upper end of the power rating. My radio in "high" power mode only transmits at 65-70 watts (drawing probably 150 watts max). When I keyed up the radio the power supply voltage dropped from 13.83 down to 13.7 volts (a relatively minor drop under load). The fan on the back is temperature controlled, and although it hits full speed when you first turn on the unit, my radio doesn't draw enough power to make it go above the very slow "resting" rate, which can be heard in a quiet room, but is not very loud at all.I especially like the front panel "anderson style" power pole connectors for quickly plugging in my radio, but if you wanted to hard wire something more permanent you could use crimp rings onto the rear terminal lugs / banana jacks. The front panel also comes with set of "bonus" USB power ports. The USB-C port supports Power Delivery (5,9,12 volts) up to 22 watts, and the USB-A (QuickCharge) port supports up to 18 watts at the same (5,9,12) voltage levels.HOWEVER, the two USB ports are NOT independent, so if you plug in two USB devices, they both drop down to only providing 5 volts (I suspect at 12 watts max or 2.4 amps). So they give you options for charging a phone, powering a raspberry pi or tablet (And maybe charging a laptop slowly if it can charge at the 12 volt level and doesn't need USB-C PD at the 20 volt level), but they are not the main point of the power supply. Nice to have, but if you require a capable USB power supply with multiple independent ports, better options exist.Input is 115V AC (i.e. a normal household outlet in the US) and the power supply comes with an IEC style power plug, but it is NOT labeled for universal voltage input, so you can't use it on 240 volts in other countries just by swapping out the cable.Overall I'm happy with it and it works great on my radio that really only needs 10 amps (but I haven't really tested it at the 25 amp level).

Runs all day long cool and quiet.
Quiet, cool, no electronic noise, light and compact ; well cooled runs my FlexRadio 6600 at 100 watts all day long. Great buy. I have two of them which replace my old reliable ASTRON heavy 20A supplies.
