These cards are 10.1cm x 14cm, so a little smaller than A6, in good quality card (300gsm). I like the fact that the designs are all unique and that there's something for everyone (the person who likes cake, books, a drink, travelling…) whatever birthday they're celebrating. Each card has a message on the front and inside with some play on words (ie image of a taco with outside message 'Have a spec-taco-lar birthday' and 'Let's taco 'bout your awesomeness!' inside). Some cards have debossed gold foil but otherwise the designs are in pastel and muted colours - nothing too bright. The front cover's background colour continues on the back and the inside of the cards is white. There's a mix of portrait and landscape formats and all are Sweetzer & Orange branded on the back. The envelopes come in 4 different colours and you get 6 of each. They are all gummed so you need to moisten them to seal. The cards are organised with envelopes in three separate packs and wrapped in plastic transparent film. They're then packed in a colourfully illustrated box which has 3 windows to display the top of those piles. Made in China.

Have you seen the price of cards, these days? My primary school children go to plenty of (probably too many) birthday parties and every time I remember at the last minute that I need to buy a card, I'm shocked to see them priced at something like £4.99 for one in Marks & Spencer.I ordered these primarily to use for the birthday parties my children attend. I really don't think 9 and 12 year olds pay a lot of attention to cards, and these will do the trick: cheap and cheerful without being hideous.I appreciate that the envelopes come in 4 different colours so we can pick the colour we think the friend would like best. I think the bright hues of the cards are well suited to children of all ages, and most of the themes could be suitable for boys or girls. The humour, if you can call it that, is a bit lame at times (eg. a picture of a kettle with "let's Par-Tea" beside it) but it's good clean fun and honestly, most 10 year olds have pretty lame humour, too, so we're fine.They don't look particularly high-end but they look happy and are definitely "good enough." At the current price of £7.99 for the set of 24, each card (& envelope) costs a bit over 30 pence each, which is less than 10% of the cost of the (granted, larger and better quality) cards in M&S.They come nicely-packaged in a bright cardboard box, then wrapped in plastic in 3 sets of 8 cards, so they arrived in pristine condition.

In terms of size, these cards are smaller than your average greeting cards, but htey are beautiful! The printing is absolutely top notch - you can't see a pixel in sight - super sharp, high resolution - very professional.The card material feels sturdy, thick and good quality. The surface is matte but has a slight sheen to it. Some of the cards have shiny gold foiling on them so look a little more expensive, which is great! All the designs are lovely and feel like high quality. And you get so many designs to choose from, each card in this pack being unique, no doubles.An array of colourful envelopes in four different colours are provided so you can choose whatever colour you like.I couldn't be happier with this card pack. At £7.99 for 24 high quality cards at the time of review, this is incredible value! It works out to about 33p per card! Bargain!I'm impressed with Sweetzer & Orange as a company so far. This is the second product I've ordered from them (the other being a wall calendar) and both items were beautiful quality, with really lovely graphics. I'd happily recommend!

These cards are a shade on the small side (for close family for example) but the quality is good, the printing is professional, the card is sturdy enough and most cards feature some foil decoration. The coloured envelopes are nice.The value is great, currently £8 for 24 so 33p per card, its handy to have a big selection pack in stock to avoid special trips to buy ones.There is an issue though. The themes are rather odd! they are like weak 'dad jokes' one liners and the wording is not fully natural. The cards are made in China and I suspect they used translations but not reference to a native English speaker person to advise on cultural aspects.To be fair though, most are not too bad and are quite usable and many are no problem at all, I am just making people aware they are not exactly like you might find on a typical UK card stand.If they had been a bit more conventional they would have got an easy 5 stars on quality and value alone.

These cards are beautifully whimsical. First of all, the packaging is great. They come in a box, then within the box they're in three wrapped stacks. I had to open them all to see the designs, and wasn't disappointed. All the cards are different, so there are designs for everyone, whether an animal lover, a tipple drinker, a reader, a traveller etc. Then, taking a look inside, all the dedications are different and fun too! So many puns, I love it! The price is great for 24 cards, very happy with them (there are even a couple that I wouldn't mind secretly handing off to someone to gift me back on my own birthday 😅)

I am a big fan of S&O greeting cards, and these ones do not disappoint! The card designs are so cute! The cardstock used for the cards is thick and sturdy, and the writing surface handles fountain pen ink very well (which is always a bonus for me). I usually prefer greeting cards that are blank inside because a weird prewritten message can ruin a card, but the messages that are preprinted in these ones are not bad at all! They do often contain puns though, so if puns are not your thing, be aware! I love having these handy for when birthdays pop up. They are great for people of any age or gender! I recommend them, and I'd get them again!

love that there are 24 cards, perfect for any birthday in your life this way you don't have to run to the store to buy one, but rather have them on hand. They come with cute color coordinated envelopes, which is better than the plain white envelopes. They are not blank on the inside so it's great the sentiment is continued on the inside of the card.

These are beautiful, colorful cards that I can't wait to send to friends. They have gold foil embellishments, and the colors are vibrant. The paper is thick and feels high-quality, and the designs are so cute. None of them are the same, which makes for a really great variety!
