Repeat buy. I don't take one every day but every other day or so. I haven't really tracked if they make a difference to my health tbh but surely they must be doing some good?

I really wanted these to work for me - and if I didn’t have trouble swallowing tablets they may have done - but unfortunately they are far too big for me. They measure 18 x 7 x 8mm and as the month went on I got more and more anxious about taking them, which only made the problem worse. I bought a pill cutter, thinking that if they were halved it would be easier, but the sharp corners where they were cut scratched my throat and I had to stop using them when I almost choked on one. I realise this is my issue rather than a problem with the tablets but, for anyone like me that has problems swallowing pills in general, I’d steer clear of these.

I’ve been using Centrum Women 50+ for a while now, and I’m genuinely impressed with the difference it’s made. It’s reassuring to know that it’s specifically formulated for women over 50, covering key nutrients. The tablets are easy to take but are quite big.

Having tried various supplements and not really felt any benefit i decided to try centrum. I have a condition where I'm unable to absorb nutrients and need to take supplements, plus being over 50 and post menopausal, I thought I'd give these a try. Within a week I felt more alert andfull of energy. I ran out of these and stopped taking any for a couple of weeks and Iwas back to brain fog, tiredness and lethargy. I am now 4 months into regular doses and feel amazing. I would definitely recommend these to anyone going through menopause or just needing extra help with vitamins and minerals.
