I had done quite a bit of research into health tracking rings and didn’t want to pay a month subscription. I am so glad I went with the RingConn Gen 2. The app interface is brilliant, the ring looks lovely and feels very light to wear along with being one of the thinnest on the market right now, the tracking facilities are great and I love that it has the sleep apnea tracker.Look forward to tracking my vitals in the mornings.Highly recommend this item! No brainer to order correct ring size. Very good.

I have been using my Ringconn for a few weeks now and feel I can add objectivity. I chose Ringconn due to its lack of subscription and because I have watched and read many positive reviews, and I am delighted with my purchase.First, the great bits: the battery life really is 11 days, and it recharges quickly. I don't take the ring off unless I'm charging it. The charging case is convenient and protects the ring in the process. Sleep recording is more accurate than my watch. My watch generally overrecords my sleep, especially if I read before falling asleep; my ring seems more accurate. When I wake up feeling more refreshed, my sleep score reflects this. As a Sleep Apnea sufferer, I am delighted that I can keep an independent eye on my treatment. When staying away recently, I had to sleep without my CPAP machine for one night, and the ring data reflected this appropriately.The step counter seems to be accurate. Of course, I don't count my steps, but the step counter aligns well with my daily activities. I have also noted that the stress monitoring aligns with my daily ups and downs. I suffered a bout of food poisoning during the second week of wearing the ring and noted several changes to the data to reflect the illness. The software also asked me to explain the abnormality in the data.Overall, I am extremely impressed with the accuracy of the data.I only have one negative: that there isn't a size to fit my index finger. Maybe I have extremely big fingers, although I don't believe that to be the case. I have had to put the ring on my middle finger, which interferes with my wedding ring. I'm used to this now and haven't noticed any damage to the Ringconn or my wedding ring, but it isn't ideal.I thoroughly recommend the Ringconn, I just wish they made a larger size.

The ring is okay overall. The advertised battery life is 10 days, but it lasts about 8 days without using fitness tracking. With an hour of fitness tracking per day, the battery life drops to around 5 days give or take. it recharges to a good about in its case in the time it takes to have a cup of tea or a shower.The options for workout options are limited and with only 4 options and no ability to add your customised one.The ring charging case is nice, but I wish it were 50% smaller so it would fit more easily in my tech bag for travel.In terms of wearability, the ring is comfortable and does a good job tracking sleep. However, I wish it had more sensor options or even a simple vibration or beep feature. As I lost it in my sofa for a day, and that would have made finding it much easier!

Bought due to sleep apnea an this ring is great well worth the money

Unfortunately I found the sizing pack to be slightly off when compared with the actual ring (which I ordered and returned).It's of good quality, but sizing needs to be more precise for something like this.

In my opinion this smart ring is one of the best on the market,It has 10 days of battery life,mine was a size 10,the Heart rate and blood oxygen give precise measurements,sleep tracking is good too and love the fact it has sleep apnea detection,I would definitely recommend this smart ring
