Perfect for portion control. My teenage son has autism and these are great visuals for him to use in the kitchen when he is making food. Great colors that show the functionality of the product. Has measurements on the bowls. Great value for the money. Also has sturdy quality not weak cheap plastic.

Kid size, too small for adult servings.
The size of this plate, bowl is ok, is too small. An adult serving following the Weight Watchers diet does not fit in the spaces provided. Very cute, wish I had little ones around. Note: I do measure my servings.
