Great for lubricating threads, O-rings and other gaskets in your pool system, especially on your Hayward chlorinator cap. Lots of people complain about that O-ring rolling and causing leaks, but all you have to do is make sure it's lubricated. This is my second bottle. The other one has lasted for years and still has some to go.

I use this to provide an airtight seal on my UTV's (Kawasaki KRX 1000) air filter. I live in Utah, so dust is just a fact of life when riding off road. Much more so if you go on group rides. Dust can dramatically shorten the life of an engine. It can also degrade its performance. Because of this, I purchased an aftermarket reusable foam air filter. Even though I clean and oil it religiously, a thin layer of very fine, powdery dust was still getting in the duct that leads from the air filter to the engine. Not any more. Since I started using this product, I no longer see any visible residue. I imagine some particles that aren't visible to the naked eye still get through, but that's a dramatic improvement over what I was seeing before. As long as I continue with the cleaning and the oiling, I think this is something my engine will be able to live with. I'm happy I decided to give this a try. It's an inexpensive and easy option that can yield real results. Highly recommend!

I didn't know this stuff existed, but now that I do, all my o rings will seat perfectly and last longer. Cheap insurance, especially when you consider how buried some o rings can be, best to do it right the first time. This amount will last longer than I expect to. My kids will inherit this stuff.

Bought it for my DeLonghi Super Automatic Espresso machine to do proper maintenance on slides, gears and O rings, but now I use it for many other things, like rubbing it into my car's trunk lid gasket to keep it from sticking, and rubbing it into scuffy plastic appliance screens to make them appear new, and coating any plumbing or auto O ring to preserve it and make fittings go together smoothly without damaging anything. It is heat, water and chemical resistant and food grade non-toxic, so it is perfect for coffee machines, but so much more. It is also much easier to apply it from the big bottle than the small tubes. Love it.
