This is definitely a game changer in my never-ending quest for sleep. I have found that if I take the exact dose, not one drop more, or less, then I do have a better chance of staying asleep.It’s not enough to guarantee anything but it DOES improve my relaxation, ability to fall asleep and quite possibly whatever is happening with GABA to keep me down. It will probably wear off entirely soon, but I am on my second bottle now and expect to keep using it.This one is potent and I would easily recommend it. I have had very good results with everything I have tried from this brand too. I often search them out first these days.

This lemon balm is AMAZING! Taste is very sweet when you use the liquid by itself, but it blends very nicely with teas. Smell is natural, not bad. Liquid is like a golden brown color. I bought this because I was having a really hard time with some extreme anxiety during the day and sometimes at night accompanied with sleeplessness, and anger issues due to stress and overstimulation. I’m not into smoking 🍃 and I definitely do not like taking medication, that’s just my personal preference. I usually only take ashwaganda because that helps, but I needed something stronger and something that has effects faster and something I could also potentially use during the day. I usually do the recommended amount on the bottle, but every now and then I’ll go up or down on the dosage, depending on how zen-ed out I need to be and what time of day it is. If I take this during the day, I almost always go way down on the dosage because I’m extremely sensitive to things like this and it’ll put me to sleep lol. I usually use it at night, sometimes I’ll put it in my tea or just drop the liquid directly on my tongue. This stuff helps me calm down and zens me out so easily and it does work really fast. I only ever use during the day if I’m about to flip my biscuit. 😂 But yeah, works like a charm and I definitely recommend. 👌🏽

These drops have been helping with my mood and menopausal symptoms. I haven't noticed any harsh side effects in any way. The taste is very mild. This is my second bottle
