This is the second collagen supplement product I have tried, as the first one made no difference at all for me, after taking for quite a few months. I started off taking 2 a day and after several weeks, went up to 3 a day, which works much better for me. I have GORD, IBS and a large hernia, so wanted to ensure it didn't react badly with my digestion. I have encountered no problems taking these capsules. Are they working? Yes they are! FYI, I'm 56 and post menopause. My hair is better, silky, shiny and has thickened up again, after falling out big time, during menopause. My skin is better and my nails are the best they've been! They're strong now and pretty long. Normally they have lots of ridges in them, break a lot and quite weak. I also have osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. I have seen some improvement in these areas too but will see how it is when we get into Autumn and Winter, when my symptoms always worsen. So overall, yes I'm very happy with this product and will continue to take it.

Using for less than a month and already noticed a difference in the strength of my nails. Also think my knees and ankles are clicking less. Easy to take, no side effects. Would recommend

This is good value for money, I ve seen changes in my skin since I started using it , no side effect whatsoever, always take three capsules a day and it’s easy to swallow

I've only been taking them for two weeks so it's early to tell if they're working. My skin does feel good. My hands especially don't look as dry and wrinkled. Hopefully they will do what they say on the packaging.

Ich bestelle diese Multi-Kollagen-Kapseln mittlerweile regelmäßig und lasse sie in meiner Routine nie aus. Die hochdosierten 1650mg mit Vitamin C und den verschiedenen Peptid-Typen (Typ I, II usw.) überzeugen mich voll und ganz. Soweit man die Wirkung bei Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln im Alltag bemerken kann, hilft und wirkt das Produkt definitiv. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und werde es auch weiterhin treu bestellen!

Product Multi collagen containing 5 different types of collagen is a super product to deal with issues like hair,, nails and joints. I say that because it prooved its efficiency in my case and in case of my friend ( knee does not hurt anymore and is more flexible) I am on a diet now and I personally do not take at the moment, but in my case I found the mixture of 5 types of collage efficient in the removing old skin cells from my elbows in the case of psoriasis. Conclusion: It has the effect you can see after the period of two months if not even sooner. I think it is needed a smaller dose to keep the positive effect, but I do not know that yet. Maybe I will report about that in my next comment.
