This is the second collagen supplement product I have tried, as the first one made no difference at all for me, after taking for quite a few months. I started off taking 2 a day and after several weeks, went up to 3 a day, which works much better for me. I have GORD, IBS and a large hernia, so wanted to ensure it didn't react badly with my digestion. I have encountered no problems taking these capsules. Are they working? Yes they are! FYI, I'm 56 and post menopause. My hair is better, silky, shiny and has thickened up again, after falling out big time, during menopause. My skin is better and my nails are the best they've been! They're strong now and pretty long. Normally they have lots of ridges in them, break a lot and quite weak. I also have osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. I have seen some improvement in these areas too but will see how it is when we get into Autumn and Winter, when my symptoms always worsen. So overall, yes I'm very happy with this product and will continue to take it.

Honestly feel ive noticed a difference since taking these. Nails are growing quickly and with excellent strength and have also noticed new hair growth, there also seems to be less loss when washing my hair. Now have it on subscription.

This is good value for money, I ve seen changes in my skin since I started using it , no side effect whatsoever, always take three capsules a day and it’s easy to swallow

Using for less than a month and already noticed a difference in the strength of my nails. Also think my knees and ankles are clicking less. Easy to take, no side effects. Would recommend

Advertised as multi collagen, so you would think that it contains ALL that you medically need. Not so, I contacted N2 to ask if there was enough type 2 collegen (for joints) for a persons daily need. Honest reply from them was NO. If I wanted sufficient type 2 I would need to supplement this with another product. So I do wonder if that also applies to the other listed types I, 111,V and X?? Its very misleading all our needs are NOT in one bottle.

Definitely making a difference. I've been taking 2 tablets every day for a month now. Honestly noticed no change the 1st 2 weeks but definitely feeling a noticeable difference in week 3. I had started with significant joint pain, being 48 I needed to get a handle on I still have young kids and need to be active. I noticed pain in my knees were easing and even after 2 days on my feet decorating I was up & about almost pain free the day after. I don't have wrinkles so no visible change but I've adjusted my one off order to a subscription. This product has everything in it to make a real difference and is affordable too. I would definitely recommend it.

Been taking 2 a day for two weeks and so far no difference. Taking it for joint pain. Will persevere until all gone. Quite large capsules which are not easy to swallow. Good price. UPDATE: Now break capsules and mix content into iced matcha - no taste at all - much better than swallowing capsules! Have noticed a reduction in joint pain now after a month, and my hairdresser noticed my hair is thicker - happy days! Will continue with these

Ich nehme es jetzt 2 Wochen, jeden Tag 2.Kapseln und ich meine meine Haut im Gesicht ist Glatter geworden. Beim Haar kann man schon eine Leichte Verbesserung sehen.

C’est ma seconde commande et je vois la différence. Moins de douleurs et une plus belle peau. Je prends 2 gélules par jour.
