I also recommend panty liners because this will have you leaking quite a bit throughout the day or night depending when you insert the item. Use gloves to insert. I've used the O positive URO boric acid suppositories for a few weeks now and here's my honest experience. Taste not applicable since it's not meant to be taken orally. The capsules are small and smooth. Very effective! It balances pH ,reduces odor,and helps prevent yeast or BV symptoms. Results show within a day or two .Minimal residue .I recommend using a panty liner overnight just in case,but it's not messy. Great value, you get quality results with clean ingredients and a useful applicator included. I had no irritation or burning, super gentle perfect for sensitive skin
