Awesome device, very powerful and a huge upgrade from steam deck. Windows is a down, but works very well and performance using Bazzite is really great. I recommend getting this. Size is good and comfort to hold.

for an every day gamer, its awesome. there's a lot of videos and opinions about graphics and playability but ultimately its plays FF7 rebirth on low to mid just fine, it does stutter a little but it plays. it plays warzone, little slow on the rendering but it loads before the main part of the match, but it plays. definitely get a micro sd for extra storage and pay attention to transfer speed if you want to play off it. a little heavy but you don't notice if you in the zone. battery last awhile for mid gaming and by the time its low or dead, got do something else while its charging.

I'm gonna start with I have the MSI ge66 raider. I bought it 3 years ago and I love it. I never have a problem with it and it plays everything perfectly. With that being said I was very hopeful about getting the claw. Don't do it. Took a couple hours to set up, update, and get fallout 76 with some mods installed. I played it for an hour and everything worked perfect. Smooth great graphics everything was good. Went to take a nap and let it charge for an hour. When I woke up I went to turn it on and nothing. Just a couple of slight vibrations and nothing. Went online and looked up anything and everything I can do to make it work. I tried everything except opening it and nothing worked. I called MSI customer support next. I've dealt with some bad customer support in the day but MSI was some of the worst I've ever experienced. Literally no help whatsoever and just said to return it to Amazon. Don't waste your time, money, or aggravation. I'm just gonna order the steamdeck and call it a day.

It’s got a big, gorgeous screen, great speakers and battery life, and good performance (though whether it is better than the older Z1E chip depends on the game), but it is heavy and very large. Ergonomics are just ok, triggers felt like a reach for me and made it hard to use for long. Oh, and it’s pricey, and when the Legion Go S Z1E is out there for $100-$200 less and is more comfortable to hold (imo) it’s a hard sell. I returned mine. But if you like larger handhelds and have the money, it’s definitely worth considering, I would highly recommend getting your hands on it and trying it out before committing.

This thing is the best handheld ever, it’s really hard to get but wow it’s worth it 100% its day and night compared to my rog ally z1 extreme, honestly I can run games sometimes 2x better on this thing. Build quality is good and the color is really retro styled solid good, if you like fallout style stuff this thing is for you.

This is an awesome device. Super fast, excellent graphics, quiet fans, great sound, easy to navigate. Quick shipping. I was skeptical of the third party seller at first, as always, but everything seems to be in order and im really glad I took the chance on it.Haven't had any issues whatsoever with the system/device, and it appears to be brand new as it was advertised. I just got it, but so far I am extremely happy with it! Will update if anything changes.Highly recommend. This thing is SICKUpdate after a couple of weeks.. this thing is AWESOME. Its a whole a** PC. Truly a powerful and versatile device. Its going to replace the laptop I normally travel with. Im truly impressed.

Powerful device, inconsistent performance due to intel drivers. The Msi claw 8ai+ is one of the best feeling handhelds I’ve owned, it feels premium in hand, buttons and shoulders feel great, screen is gorgeous, fans are whisper quiet, screen is gorgeous x2! But the performance is where it goes wrong. When it performs, it performs amazing. But I had too many games with stuttering and frame drops and just all around inconsistent performance.
