Quality was good,pill size is a bit big but still manageable

I’ve been taking Myo & D-Chiro Inositol for two and a half months, and I can honestly say it’s made a big difference. The capsules are easy to swallow Plus, I love that it’s non-GMO and gluten-free. I have PCOS and my cycles have become more regular.

I was worried that 4 pills a day would be too many but they are easy to swallow. No issues with side effects. My OBGYN recommended these for my wife. She feels more energy and just over all better. Great price

I’ve noticed a major improvement with my PCOS. Less facial hair, hair grows back a lot slower, hormones balanced. However, I have been combining with Metformin. If you take Metformin for PCOS this is the best supplement you can take with it. I’ve lost 45 pounds and feel so much better and have regular periods.
