It is effective but I had to clean machine several times as it was given to me & clearly had not been ever descaled. Easy to use.

Wonderful product
I used it in my machine and with the water that I filter I used it for another machine and then for the kettle and it worked in all of them, and I still got another sachet for the future.

My coffee machine was not showing it needed de scaling but the flow was growing week so I thought I would do it. This stuff was easy to use and did a good job. Machine is a lot better now.

Does the job well.
Wasnt sure if this would do the job as I havent descaled my machine for several years.Followed the instructions on the packet and was really impressed with the results think it was worth buying the krups own brand for the machine as the result was excellent. Now enjoying my Coffee again.
