Great, plenty of adjustment, no issues

My braces are a khaki beige but that’s good as we go to re-enactment 40s weekends.My braces have a good bit of adjustment possible and the elastic is also stretchy.The claws grip really well with their inner silicon teeth.The only downside is the claws do not open very wide, they just go over my jeans. So would not cope with thick waist banded trousers.

These are being advertised for adult men's braces. To put this into perspective I'm 5ft 8" and I have the adjustments to the max to make them fit. I don't have a long body type, but I do weight over 100 kilos thus these really aren't for everyone.When I look at the advertising photos the clips are positioned on the upper chest, height wise, for me that's absolutely impossible. I don't consider myself tall and sure my girth does add some extra inches but not to this extent. I measured the braces clipped them to the rear of my trousers, then measured. The braces fall short of circa 5" to clip onto the front of my trousers, unless I stretch them beyond the point that I end up giving myself a wedgy. This is also considering I have the braces at max, so if you do want some slack and to wear them as pictured they need another six inches" making them 11" to short without having to stretch them beyond what I'd say is normal fitment.The braces are well made but also the brace fabric feels too thin, thus my reluctances to stretch them to make them fit. Unless I'm doing something wrong these are really for children with short bodies, not adults unless you're happy to really stretch them?
