I can said that I'm a customer for life of this supplement! I'm on my mid 50's and everything start to hurts with age as it should, but using the joint support supplement had improve my recovery from exercising and work. I'm on my second bottle and definitely I can tell the difference as soon I wake up as my joints thank me every morning, a good way to control body inflammation.

I've been taking the supplement for a few weeks and so far it's been difficult to gauge efficacy as an anti-inflammatory. Rather than taking the 3 pills once a day, I've been taking 1 with each meal along with other supplements. Some of the ingredients are low dosage, so I'm not certain that there is enough for them to be effective. Regardless, I haven't had any ill effect from these pills. They are easy to swallow, do not upset my stomach and have no aftertaste. I already take a separate turmeric/curcumin supplement, which I have found to be very effective, so the small additional dosage provided in these pills shouldn't be a concern. This is my first time taking anything with Boswellia, but I've read good things about this extract as a promising inhibitor for osteoarthritis symptoms. Bottomline, I will finish off the bottle to judge effectiveness.
