Ribbish
Only give one star as u have to rate it in order to write this. Sorry but the item.ia rubbish and is not folit for purpose I received the shredder today and used for less than an hour as the shredder had other ideas. It seems to only take the paper to one side left or right and never from the middle is in turn causes it to jam up I had to in jam it quite a bit and only managed to shred 10 letters not amused useless.

For office needs you'd have to get a better quality one
It's ok but can't cope with much, Ok for home use. For office needs you'd have to get a better quality one. You get what you pay for guess.
