Customer service was so great to work with. And I'm starting to really like this chair. I've been on the search for the perfect high chair, and although I can't say this is it, I do think it's a five star product/company.Pros of this High chair.Sturdy, Sleek design. Small footprint in your space.Buckles are secure and easy to use.It's easy to put together.The tray has three adjustable settings.Easy to clean.Baby can sit high enough in the chair for self feedingSeat and foot rest adjusts and does so easily.Constakes two hands to remove the tray.Tray is small.Leg holes require you to adjust your baby's legs to get them in and out at times.However full disclosure I tried to return it because I'm looking for a high chair with a one hand tray open, which this is not. Long story short, customer service was so easy to work with and I ended up keeping the chair. I would buy from them again.

This high chair has really come in handy, it sits the baby up right and puts them in a good position for eating solids. There are too many highchairs out there that lean the baby back. We use it all the time and our baby seems to be comfortable in it. As they are growing I do wish the bucket seat was designed a bit differently (maybe have an open top so we can plop them down) as he is able to fight while we are putting his feet through the holes. But I do like it enough where I have recommended to others

Nice highchair, easy to put together and clean. Suction bowls won't stick to table. Very stable but legs stick out and become a hazard to parents toes. Does not fold. Take caution when sliding on table I pinched my babies arm.

My first baby so I don’t have experience with food or cleaning. He won’t be ready to eat for another 2 months but wanted to snag this on a Black Friday deal. Our boy is 3m old, 18lbs and 26in long already so we wanted a heavy duty chair that had a safety area incase he ever pushed the tray off. This chair so far seems very sturdy and all of the pieces lock into place. I love that it slides over our kitchen table so he can sit close to us. The tray has 3 clicks to expand as he grows and the seat base and footrest move up and down easily with a lever under each so it takes 1 second to adjust as he grows. The entire frame is made of metal and the seat has a faux leather cushion on the bottom and back that looks easy to wipe and a little comfier than plain plastic. I’m excited for his first meal but for now we’re glad he can be at the table with us now.

Absolutely no complaints. Im loving this highchair. So glad I went with it. It's stylish. Easy to assemble. Sturdy. Straps fit and adjust well. We had a prior highchair that had too short of a strap between the legs and around the legs. This high chair does not have that issue. it has plenty of slack.its easy to clean and I like that the tray slides right over our dining table so he's right there with us at every meal. Great chair all around.

Arrived damaged and extremely dirty unidentified dust all over the product inside the box. There is an I’m unidentified sticky substance all over it. Disgusting way to receive an item so expensive

The design is a 10/10. I love the ease of the tray removal and functionality. It's lightweight, it's pretty easy to move. The size is perfect and seems to be very safe. I love the grips at the bottom, seems very well thought out, in my opinion great value for the money.

Highly recommend!! Fits my 6 month old well. The foot rest is very adjustable and will fit for a long time. Nice quality items easy to take the tray off. Easy to use clip. Also like the height of the tray for a 6 month old he is able to have his arms out comfortably to eat/play
