Heathyoga Tennis Dress with Built in Shorts and Bra Athletic Dress for Women Summer Cut Out Twisted Golf Workout Dress

I love it. It just came in the mail like 20 minutes ago. I was so excited to try it on. I needed white dresses for a spring/summer (May in Texas) casual cool dress. Its my bacherlortte weekend, so everything I wear is white. Its so lightweight and breezy. Super comfortable. I was worried about the back as I'm a larger woman and back rolls can be a problem in some things, but the back strap is in the perfect position and since you dont wear a bra with it, it smooths things :). I ordered the size recommended and it fits great. I have an XXL. 5-10ish, 198. Its short but not too short. Would be perfect for golf, if I did that sort of thing with the shorts underneath. Comfy material. You CANNOT wear panties with this dress unless it's super seamless. Atleast with the white dress. It shows lines so fast but smoothes the stomach without needing compression panties. It very flattering. I haven't tried washing it yet but did try pairing it with a lacey blazer I got from Shein, also tried it with a cardigan and boots. Looks great either way. Holds the girls in nice but I also haven't tried any physical activities in it as I'm not that type of girl. When I wear it for real this weekend, if I love it as much as I love it now, I will for sure be ordering it in different colors. My friend group will be the final decision makers this weekend when I wear it out, but I personally love it and feel pretty in it. Wondering how it will look with sandals while shopping and the wine tours. Let's hope I don't spill any red wine. :0.

Buy this dress!!! Oh my gosh this is the most flattering thing I’ve ever put on! I’ve been self conscious of my mom pooch and finding proper clothes to hide it. This is perfect! I live in Florida and this outfit is perfect for chasing my toddler around in. I’m obsessed. This is probably the first review I’ve written but had to spread the good word lol. The only down side I can find is the little plastic strap piece in the back does buckle but it’s not that noticeable. Buying in every color!!I am 5’7 and 145 lb and got a M

This dress/romper is spectacular! Flattering, adjustable straps, built in shorts..with pockets. Need I say more? It is versatile, if you are out on a golf course, or going to any sporting event in the sun, or just running errands but don’t want to put on tights bc you need to show a little bit of effort but don’t actually want to put effort into an outfit…then this is the piece for you! Great quality, material is thick but lightweight, and moisture wickening so in the Florida heat you can’t see the sweat! Adorable. Do it!

I love the coverage up top, especially the higher sides (for the armpit fat). The halter doesn't pull on my neck, and the tension feels well distributed across my back. The short are loose compared to the rest of the dress, and easily ride up. If they were a few inches longer, it would be perfect. (My thighs are typically larger to fit when it comes to shorts) I am an XL based on the size chart, but ordered the L after reading other reviews. The fit is snug and comfortable. I love this dress as a bathing suit alternative, a gym dress, and an outdoor dress. I live in Florida, so I can definitely see myself wearing this dress often.

I'm OBSESSED with these dresses. I have 1 in black and 1 in purple. Love them both. So comfy, so flattering, you can dress it up or down. AND did we mention the pockets!? I get compliments every time I wear them. I love the design on the back. The thick shoulder straps are one of my favorite features too. I returned another tennis dress because the straps were so thin and dug into my shoulders. These do not do that! Get yourself one or more! You won't regret it :)

This dress fit so well! I was worried about trusting the cups in it due to have had a kid and needing the support (iykyk) but it fit amazing and it’s so comfy with legit bra! The girls feel held up and it’s not too tight. It’s super comfy and easy to get in and off. The back twist part of my favorite part of it! 5 foot 1, 145-150lbs , size C cup

I love not having to wear a bra and possibly even underwear? I'm not that brave yet but I've heard others can do that and it's just so convenient to be able to throw it on and go run errands or to an event or something. For reference I'm 5'2" 170lb and got a large. Fits perfect

True to size while being very comfortable. Perfect for working out or wearing on a night out. Very pleased with the purchase for the cost. The fabric is very functional by not bunching up and keeping a true form to my body. Would recommend to friends and family.
